USDA-PHYTOSANITARY INSPECTION
LoadMatch understands the huge financial burden that occurs when a container is shipped without a USDA Phyto Certificate. Our database management system, as well as, our internal process for follow-up and verification, has virtually eliminated this problem.
- Our customer service department verifies a USDA seal number or faxed USDA Phyto stamp on every container requiring inspection as soon as gate in info is received.
- We do not accept "word of mouth" verifications from drivers. LoadMatch furnishes our customers verification directly from USDA databases.
- If a container is turned in without USDA inspection, LoadMatch immediately takes steps to insure the container is not loaded on the ship and is returned to USDA for inspection
- LoadMatch provides USDA Seal numbers upon request.
